Quiet clean with nice neighbors. Germantown is very close and crime filled. But I love this little neighborhood ". The neighborhood is very diverse and friendly most of all centrales located.

More dogs than kids. Lots of places to visit. Nearby dog walkers, and dog daycare. There is a lot of diversity with Jefferson U, retired folks, young families and everyone in between. We border the Wissahickon park and have lovely McMichael park in the center of the area. Lots to like in East Falls! McDevitt is a great meet-up family playground. There are so many activities within a short walk or drive. Resident 2y ago. Avenue At East Falls is a very Beautiful place to call home.

Also plenty of opportunities to get involves with the community! A short walk takes us to the 32 bus and it takes us directly into center city where we hop on the trolley and get off right outside our buildings. The people who live here including us! I can also only speak from our own experiences, but our neighbors are super friendly and truly look out for one another. We feel very fortunate, happy, and grateful to be part of this neighborhood!
